Some call it Wanderlust. Some are restless spirits who cannot stay in the same place for long. I call it an adventurous spirit. Traveling and all of the accompaniments that go along with it like meeting new people, seeing great places and architecture, delicious foods, and excitement are what I find to be my travel-love.
Below I have share some images and thoughts on a few places that I find wonderful and exciting, places that you must visit more than once to really enjoy.
New York City
There is nothing like New York. The sites. The sounds. The food. The Atmosphere. The people. The smell. It all makes up the New York City experience.
San Francisco, CA
This is one of the most beautiful cities that I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. My first experience with San Francisco was back in 1990, when I was being separated from military service. There was a military facility at the base of the Golden Gate Bridge called Presidio. The base is long gone, but my fondness for the wonderful atmosphere, food, and scenery for the Bay area remains.
Las Vegas, NV
Las Vegas. The so-called “Sin City”. It was that name “Sin City” that actually kept me from going to Las Vegas for a long time. I went for the first time for a business conference and fell in love. I had to return, and I suspect, will return again. What do I like about Vegas? In my opinion, if you are not a big gambler and are not into strippers or the night life, Vegas is the perfect city for a vacation. Luxury accommodations and world class food. The Grand Canyon. The Hoover Dam. Sights. Sounds. People watching. What is there not to like? There are so many things to do in Vegas that you will never be bored. And they have Dolphins! Yes. Dolphins in the desert!

Oh do you remember the day of the pay phone? It is weird to see a pay phone. Most of them do not even work anymore.
